These terms of use apply to all design courses and creative training courses offered by T-Shirt Barn GmbH (Bergmannweg 68c, 04348 2648304, info@tshirtbarn.com). By registering for a course, you accept these terms.
These terms govern participation in our creative training courses in the field of textiles and fashion. Please read the following rules and obligations carefully.
These terms of use apply to all design courses and creative training courses offered by T-Shirt Barn GmbH (Bergmannweg 68c, 04348 2648304, info@tshirtbarn.com). By registering for a course, you accept these terms.
The courses include theoretical and practical units on the topics of design, fashion, creativity, and textiles. The exact content, dates, and duration will be communicated in writing before the course begins. Changes for organizational reasons are reserved.
Registration is done in writing via email or through the registration form on our website. The course fee is due before the course starts. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to exclude the participant from the course.
Withdrawal is possible free of charge up to 14 days before the course starts. In the case of a later cancellation, the full course fee is due unless the participant nominates a replacement participant. Cancellations must be made in writing.
T-Shirt Barn GmbH is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. No liability is assumed for materials brought along and personal items. Participation in practical exercises is at your own risk.
All documents, scripts, and designs provided in the course are protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited. Participants create their own works, the rights to which remain with them.
Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy (policy.html). The data is used only for course processing and is not passed on to third parties. Participants can request information and deletion at any time.
We reserve the right to change these terms of use at any time. Changes will be communicated to participants by email at least 14 days before they come into effect. In the event of an objection, the course contract can be terminated.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the provider. Should a provision be invalid, the contract remains valid in other respects. For questions, please contact info@tshirtbarn.com.
